Monty has fabulous movement. He was started Western and then spent several months with a dressage trainer. He loves people, good ground manners. Rides, ties, trailers, baths , good for vet and farrier.
He has it all- wonderful personality, good conformation and amazing movement!
Owner was in a car accident and has not ridden for several years. Monty has been at pasture for 2 years. Ridden a few times this year in the round pen but I feel that he needs some groundwork before someone gets back in the saddle. Contact us if you think Monty may be the right partner for you!

Monty in the round pen Thanksgiving weekend. Despite 2 years at pasture, he is keen to listen! Monty is bored and wants a person all to himself!. Not a beginner horse, needs a confident rider.
Consort responds best with a gentler touch.
Has shown dressage ( Westar June 2017 69 at training level. He is currently schooling level one and will showing Level One at his next show)

Loves people and good with other horses. Kept outside 24/7 all year. Easy keeper.
Never been lame or ill. Has shown.
Smart, very eager to please. Light off the aids.
Needs a light handed, intermediate to advanced rider.
w/t/c/bath/ collecting well. Knows basic lateral movements.
Ice is NOT suitable for a beginner rider.
